Sustainability!

Step into your own fantasy with our unique Fairy Festival wear! We are a small + mighty team of three based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire! Every item is designed, cut, sewn and packaged in-house.

To minimise waste, each item is cut + made to order and we bring out small regular collections. We make use of our offcuts by repurposing them into bikini tops, one-off pieces and gusset linings. The smallest of scraps will be bundled into scrap bags for crafts.

How do I know what size to order?

There's a size chart to measure and match your self up to. I always suggest to size down if you're inbetween sizing. If you do need help with selecting your size, please email Jade on hello@jade-clark.com

What is your return policy?

Due to everything being made to order, specifically for you we don't accept usual returns. Returns are only offered/ accepted if the item is faulty. We want you to LOVE your custom or set, but if for any reason you don't, we can alter / exchange or credit note the value of your order within 30 days from the date you received. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Please note that we do not offer refunds on shipping charges, and you will be responsible for return shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal / pay in 3 and clear pay.

How long does shipping take?

International babes - Your order will be shipped with DHL express which takes 2-4 business days to arrive. This is a flat rate but sometimes with if your address is classed as 'remote' there will be a remote delivery charge on your order. This is rare and you will be contacted via email when/ if this does happen.

UK babes - Your order will be shipped 1st class signed for 1-2 business days. Or Special delivery which is a Next Day service.

Shipping is estimated after turnaround time. Turnaround time is usually between 20-28 business days. If you need something sooner than this estimated turnaround time please email me to see if I can prioritise your order!
