How do I choose my size?
There’s a full size chart available in the menu. As we’re a UK brand, all sizing is listed in UK sizes, but there’s also an easy conversion guide available for international babes too ✨

What is the return policy?
Refunds
As each item is handmade and made to order especially for you, all sales are final ✨

Custom orders are exempt from refunds and exchanges.
Exchanges
I’m happy to exchange tops for a different size where possible. Unfortunately, briefs and leotards cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
If you would like to exchange an item for another size, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please also allow additional time for your replacement item to be handmade, which can take a further 1–2 weeks, plus shipping time.
Please email within 3 working days of receiving your order if you have any issues or would like to arrange an exchange.
Faults
If your item arrives faulty, I do accept returns and a full refund will be issued once the item has been returned to me. I can also offer a remake or store credit if preferred.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, however I will cover the return shipping costs back to me for faulty items.
Repairs
Although I wish they were, my pieces aren’t invincible 🧚♀️ Snapped threads or minor unravelling can occasionally happen with wear.
I offer repairs free of charge — you’ll just need to cover the postage cost to send the item back to me.
How long does an item/ order take to be made including shipping time?
Shipping & Turnaround
International orders are shipped with Royal Mail and usually take 5–10 working days once dispatched.
UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24, which is usually next working day delivery, or Special Delivery, which is guaranteed next working day.
My current turnaround time is around 10–32 working days before dispatch. During busy festival season, this can sometimes take a little longer, but please know I’m working through orders as quickly as possible.

Other Helpful things to add to your order notes ***
✨ PLEASE leave the date you need your order by in the notes at checkout so I can make sure it arrives in time and prioritise it if needed.
It’s also super helpful if you leave your Instagram handle too, so I can easily refer back to our DMs when I get to making your order. It makes it much easier for me to contact you quickly if I need any extra info about your order.
Emails are absolutely fine, but I tend to get much quicker responses through DMs — so Instagram is usually best 🧚♀️
