How do I choose my size?

There is a size chart available on the menu. As we're a Uk brand all sizing is UK sizing, but there is an easy conversion guide too. If you're unsure just send us an email on hello@jade-clark.com and I can help match you to a size.

What is the return policy?

REFUNDS:

As each item is made to order for you, sales are final. There’s a size guide to help match you to the correct size and there is a size conversion if you're an international babe! If you're unsure, send me a email on - hello@jade-clark.com and I can help you find your fit!

EXCHANGES:

I can exchange tops for a smaller or bigger sizes but briefs and leotards cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons. If you're wanting to exchange an item for a different size, you as the buyer are responsible for postage costs. Please allow time for a new item to be made for an exchange which can take a further 1-2 weeks + shipping times.

*Please email within 3 working days of receiving the item if you have any problems or if you want to exchange.

Custom orders are exempt from exchanges and refunds and all sales are final.

FAULTS:

I do accept returns if the item is faulty and a full refund will be given upon receiving it back ( I will also offer to remake for you or a credit note option is available too.) The the original postage costs will not be refunded but I will cover shipping back to me.

REPAIRS

As item’s aren’t invincible even though I’d like them to be, snapped threads / unravelling can happen. I offer repairs free of charge, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

How long does an item/ order take to be made including shipping time?

We ship worldwide, shipping with DHL express which takes 2-4 working days once you get your tracking email through.

UK - Your order will be shipped with Royal Mail 1st class signed, 1-2 day delivery. Usually by the next working day. Or your order will be shipped Special Delivery which is guaranteed the next working day.

Turn around time is around 10-28 working days, If you need it sooner please email me to check if I can prioritise your order. Due to peaks around festival season turnaround can sometimes take longer, be assured we're working as quickly as possible.
